At its core, Her Allies: Strategies to Help Men Lead through Advocacy offers men the tools they need to become powerful advocates for gender equality. But, at its heart, this book is an invitation to all men who are willing to take that bold first step and transform good intention into meaningful action. Those men with the courage to read on will embark on a progressive journey that ends only when women realise the same opportunities, recognition, and respect that men already command. Her allies aren’t committed to this journey for personal gain; these selfless pioneers know that their children and grandchildren will reap the rewards of their efforts for generations to come.

"Men As Allies: Partnering for Inclusion" aims to empower potential allies to transcend good intentions and embrace meaningful action, much of which is based on #herallies
Robert Baker and Hira Ali have developed this program because one of the most prominent challenges organisations face today is building a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace. Men as allies can play a huge part in accelerating progress.
However, a significant hurdle is persuading predominantly male leaders to acknowledge allyship for inclusion as a critical business issue that demands high-level attention, spearheaded from the top, rather than dismissing it as a discretionary "nice to have" or "compliance" initiative imposed by HR.
Until now, the challenge has been sourcing experts and experienced external support for this cultural and personal transformation—a support system grounded in extensive corporate experience and the cutting-edge cross-cultural and intersectional perspectives necessary to engage today's diverse global workforce effectively.
This is why Robert and I, who have long been passionate advocates of allyship, have collaborated on our new Program: "Men As Allies: Partnering for Inclusion."
We have used our extensive expertise and experience to deliver value through innovative features and differentiators for this program, including the following:
We are thrilled to welcome outstanding team members and thought leaders, most of whom we have previously collaborated with in the allyship space. We'd like to include many more as our journey progresses. Lee, Jenny, Sal, Jiten, Daniele, Barry, Jennifer, Jessica Cherron, Furkan, Rasheed
Together, we look forward to boosting your efforts to engage men as allies in partnering for inclusion: to achieve a more fulfilling workplace for all genders and build sustainable organisational success!
